The first time when a thought came in my mind to become researcher was during my first job with Kotak Securities where I handled more than 1000 clients and observed that majority of the traders are losing their hard earned money in trading. The curiosity to find the root cause and the solution thereof led me to do Ph.D. in Derivatives. The insights helped me to decipher the code to make leveraged and consistent income through trading.
The first time I realized the importance of family was when I was away from my home during my education and I had to manage everything by myself. The most painful moment was when I was suffering from fever for 3 days and nobody was there to take care of me. I wept like a baby for hours. I wished my father was beside me and caressed my forehead. At that moment I understood why family is important to me and ever since then I have tried to become a good son, husband, father and specially a family man.
The first time a thought came in my mind to become a coach was during my MBA induction program taken by CA Sagar Patil in 2008. Prof. Sagar who later become by guide on technical analysis delivered talk on technical analysis that day. That impressed me immensely and opened me the world of stock market. That was the day I decided to create my fortune in the world of stock market and help others as well. I am fortunate to coach more than 5000 traders from more than 101 countries.
The first time a thought came in my mind to write a book was when I read a book by Ashwani Gujral, a famous technical analyst and trader titled 'How to Make Money Trading Derivatives: An Insider's Guide'. This helped me to a great extend in my trading and greatly improved my trading results. It was then I came up with idea to write my book on 'Millenials Guide to Financial Freedom' which explains a step-by-step journey to achieve the financial freedom in your 30's.
The first time when I decided to become trader was when I read an article about turtles trading (story of 23 novice traders who became overnight millionaires) based on the life of one of the greatest traders of all time, Richard Dennis. In the early 1970s, he borrowed $1,600 and reportedly made $350 million in about six years. It was then I realized the power of trading and how it can change the financial fortunes of many.
